The Tipple Trail is is way up in the Snowies. We decided to make a day of this 4 mile hike. We brought lunch, and had a great day. It was sunny but not too warm, and a very low key day.
Hazel got down and walked for a while, and had a great time.
One advantage to walking instead of riding is that you can pick up any attractive rock that catches your eye, instead of relying on someone else to do that for you.
The big advantage to riding is that you can sleep all the way back to the car, which is what Hazel did sometime after lunch. We did the last third of the hike with Hazel asleep. Vivian, of course, slept for almost the whole thing.
