We packed up a whole bunch of snacks and headed out with the big girls in the double stroller and I carried the baby in a wrap. We were intending to go to storytime at the library, but we didn't leave the house quite on time for such a long walk and changed our plans. We walked to campus instead, and looked at everything we could find.
This bear was our first stop. Vivian pointed out the serious claws on this fellow, and Hazel explained that the bear has a "humble bottom."
We stopped and had our first snack in the Cheney Plaza.
We finished up with a trip to the UW Geological Museum. The girls really liked this, and they've made a lot of improvements since the last time that we went when Vivian was a baby. The big t-rex outside is pretty fun, and eats pinecones.
These are allosaurus footprints, leading to Big Al, the most complete allosaurus ever found. Their favorite thing was the augmented reality sandbox, which I got pictures of on my phone, here and here.
